Return and refund policy
At Annah Hariri, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order or an item purchased online. If you have not yet received your order, please contact us at info@annahariri.com as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before it is dispatched, and we will issue you a full refund.
Please note that all cancellation requests must be made in writing, including your order reference number, within 8 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the items to us according to our return procedures, as detailed above, before we can process your refund. We will provide a full refund for any items purchased online that are returned, excluding shipping costs.
Please bear in mind that the cost of returning the items and ensuring their safe delivery is your responsibility until they reach us. Therefore, we recommend insuring the parcel for the value of the goods and keeping records of delivery for security purposes.
If you would like to make a return, you have 14 days from the day you received your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUND
To initiate a return, please visit http://annahariri.returnscenter.com and provide your order number and email ID to begin the process. Items cannot be returned without prior authorization. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, so please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage until we receive your return.

Please handle all goods with care and take necessary precautions to ensure they are returned to us in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with tags intact, within 14 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right not to process a return if the item is not received within 14 days. Please do not use unnecessary force when trying on clothing and refrain from wearing perfume or deodorant, as these may leave marks or scents that render the item ineligible for return. We cannot issue refunds on items with broken hygiene seals or removed tickets.
We thoroughly check all products before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to obtain a refund, you can return the items to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving them, following the terms and conditions outlined below.*
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded. The refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, and if the card has expired or been cancelled, the refund will still be credited to the old card number, and the funds will be transferred to the correct account, though it may take longer than usual. If your bank has issued a new card as a replacement for the old card, but it's still linked to the same account, the refund will still be credited to the old card number.
If you received a promotional discount on your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded (if necessary) will be adjusted to reflect the revised order value and appropriate discount level. Please note that if you received any complimentary items within the package, you must return them as well if you're seeking a full refund. If your item was part of a promotional package, for example, buy one get one free, you must also return the free item; otherwise, the cost of the free item will be deducted from the initial refund amount.
All returns are processed in the order they are received. It may take up to 7 working days to process a return, or longer during busy and sale periods. If you haven't heard from our returns team within 10 working days of your parcel being delivered, please contact info@annahariri.com, and we'll be happy to help. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive an email notification (please check your Spam/Junk folder for this automated message). Please note that the time frame for the refund to appear in your bank account will depend on your bank's policy, and it can take up to 10-14 days.
Please handle all goods with extreme care and ensure that you send the package using a trackable shipping method that insures the value of the goods, as well as retaining your proof of postage. If an item is returned with damage caused by the customer (from personal use, wear or insufficient packaging), it will be returned to the customer.
